BROBO-USA - a division of Ventura Saw & Abrasive Co. maintains a large inventory of HSS metal cutting circular saw blades for most cold saw machines.  We stock blades from 200mm(7 7/8") to 500mm(19 11/16") in diameter.  Blades are available with 32mm(1 1/4"), 38mm(1 1/2"), 40mm(1 9/16") or 50mm(1 15/16") arbor holes and pin holes conforming to industry standards.

Stainless Steels - Increase Tooth Selection by 20%.

COMMENTS:

Above chart is a guide in selecting the right blade for the job to achieve maximum number of cuts between sharpenings.

Material: ferrous or non-ferrous?  Hard, medium or soft?

Aggressive feed accelerates wear and can lead to blade breakage.  Make sure the part is firmly clamped.

Sharpening of cold saws is critical, use only skilled grinding services.
