Semi and fully automatic saws are available in the S-series and NF models.

Semi automatic machines have twin heavy duty air vises and clamping table that miters 45° - 0° - 45° in one degree increments. 

Fully automatic saws are designed for 90° cutting only and employ a dual arm vise.  Standard in-feed stroke is 300mm (11 7/8") to 600mm (23 1/2").  Longer in-feed strokes are available.

Control cabinets for both models are dust proof and water proof.  The PLC controlled systems are manufactured and warranted by SMC Pneumatics.  Both models are equipped with twin start buttons and one emergency  stop button which returns the head to rest and opens the clamps.

Cut cycle starts when the operator pushes dual start buttons:

1. The clamps lock
2. Saw head rapidly descends to a set height 
3. Cuts material  
4. Rapid return to rest 
5. Un-clamp 

Cutting action is controlled by a hydro-pneumatic cylinder with depth stops for controlling rapid descent, return and cut cycle.  Hydro-pneumatic feed results in longer blade life, minimal blade breakage, lower cost per cut and reduced sharpening cost.
